They were very pleasant and professional - when my special order window was delayed they called back twice to re- template for the granite windowsill to make sure of a perfect fit. The granite had to have two joints and they are almost invisible. I was very impressed with the care taken to ensure a perfect surface as I had noticed an obvious seam in some kitchens I had looked at. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will definitely use them for the bathroom remodel.
